Payment Process

Once your application is reviewed and accepted, you’ll receive a secure payment link via email to complete your membership registration.

All payments are processed safely through Stripe, a trusted and encrypted third-party payment platform.

Your membership in The Architect’s Collective will begin once your payment has been confirmed. You will not be asked to provide any payment details on this form.

Membership Terms & Cancellation Policy

Your membership in The Architect’s Collective renews automatically each month on the date of your original enrollment.

You may cancel your membership at any time prior to your next billing cycle by submitting written notice via email to [email protected].

Cancellations received after a charge has processed will apply to the next billing cycle.

Because access to all digital materials, community spaces, and live programming is granted immediately upon payment, no partial or prorated refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

Christine A. Daniels, LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue membership programs at any time. In such cases, members will be notified in advance, and any prepaid amounts for future months will be refunded.

The Blueprint Tier includes deeper mentorship, resources, and program access. We ask that members enter with the intention to commit for a minimum of three months to experience the full impact of the work. You may still cancel at any time before your next renewal, and no additional charges will occur after your current term ends.

Terms, Disclaimers & Consent

Nature of Services (Coaching & Education Only). The Architect’s Collective provides coaching, education, and peer community. It is not therapy, medical care, legal, financial, or other professional advice. No diagnosis or treatment is provided. You agree to seek licensed care where appropriate and to use your own judgment in applying all materials.

No Guarantees / Participant Responsibility. Results vary and depend on your effort, choices, and circumstances. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not typical promises.

Confidentiality & Community Standards. Members agree to keep peer shares confidential. While confidentiality is expected, it is not absolute and is not protected by therapist‑client privilege. Christine A. Daniels, LLC may disclose information if required by law or where safety is at risk. Respectful conduct is required at all times. Harassment, solicitation, or disruption may result in removal without refund.

Recording & Media Consent. Some group sessions may be recorded for member replay. By participating, you consent to audio/video recording for internal community use and agree not to download, share, or distribute recordings outside the membership.

Intellectual Property. All materials, frameworks, tools, and recordings are owned by Christine A. Daniels, LLC and licensed for your personal, non‑transferable use. You may not copy, share, teach, publish, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Technology & Access. You are responsible for secure internet access and appropriate devices/software. Access credentials are personal; do not share logins.

Payment Terms; Chargebacks. By completing payment via Stripe, you authorize recurring monthly charges until cancellation per the policy above. Chargebacks or payment disputes without prior good‑faith notice to [email protected] may result in immediate removal of access.

Communications Consent. You agree to receive transactional and program‑related emails/SMS regarding your membership. You may opt out of non‑essential marketing at any time.

Eligibility. Membership is intended for individuals 18+. You are responsible for assessing suitability for your personal circumstances.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christine A. Daniels, LLC and its representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the membership in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Governing law and venue: State of Connecticut.
